YayFood = Easy Weight Loss!
Ok - as you know, my goal is to show you the safe, effective, easy and quick ways to lose weight (is that even possible?!?
). And, as of right now, I’m trying to be impartial, but the absolute best program I’ve seen so far is YayFOOD!
And Rachel - the brains (and the beauty) behind it all, is living proof that the YayFOOD plan works. And yes - it is a plan (as you know - I love plans… and ice cream!
) But Rachel used it to lose over 100 pounds!! WOW! This girl is not messing around! But for me - the thing that really demonstrates a weight loss plan’s effectiveness is: does it work for other people as well? Also, does it take into account that we’re all going to cheat? In other words, are there allowances for us to be “normal”?
